Frequently Asked Questions
  • Where is the training program conducted? In your test centre?

We offer Online Training Programs. You just need an internet connection, computer, head set with speakers and microphone to take up our programs from the comfort of any location you wish.

  • What medium will be used to deliver the program?

Programs will be delivered using online white boarding software where we can share presentations, documents and even our desktops with you. For example software related training programs will be delivered using the desktop sharing approach where our trainers will share their desktop and explain details of the software.

  • Do I need to pay for the entire program fees upfront?

No, we offer our service on a "Pay as you go" scheme, where you get started by paying only for a few sessions. Only if you are satisfied, you can pay for the next set of sessions of a training program.

  • Will you offer any support to our queries once the training program is delivered?

Yes, we offer free 1 hour or appropriate free session based on the duration of the training program to answer all your queries that you might have after a course is delivered. However this time needs to be utilised in two sessions.

  • I am looking for a training program and it's not listed on your website.

Even if you don't find a training program you are looking for on our website, do send in an enquiry to us and we should be able to help you out, from our large pool of well qualified trainers. Some programs may not be listed on our website, due to delay in updation of our website. Hence we suggest you always mail us your training requirement and we should be able to help you out.

  • How long will a training session last for?

Based on our experience we have realised that its best to have a training program session of 1.5 hours in a day, to make it more effective. Another reason being, the program participant always has time to revise on what is thought on a particular day and come back with his queries in the next session rather than the traditional classroom based approach where the entire program is completed in a day or two.
